At SAHRA, earning your trust is our highest priority. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and fair Returns & Exchanges Policy that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us exclusively via email at:

You must submit your request within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with consumer rights regulations in the European Union.

Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET). Response time may take up to 72 business hours.

Free First Return or Exchange

  • Your first return or exchange is free.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • For any additional returns from the same order, a fixed fee of €5.00 per item will be deducted from your refund.

How the Return Works

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label by email. You must:

  • Print and attach the label to your package.

  • Drop it off at the indicated postal service point within 3 calendar days.

Please note: Return labels are valid for a limited period and cannot be reissued if expired.

Product Conditions for Acceptance

Returned items must meet all the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Free of any odors or alterations (e.g. hem, tailoring).

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The return shipment must be made within the validity period of the return label.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

In the rare case that the requested item is not available, we may place a new order with our suppliers. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and an additional 15–25 business days for delivery.

SAHRA reserves the right to decline exchange requests submitted outside the allowed timeframe or involving items damaged due to misuse.

Returns & Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date, as per EU regulations for online purchases.

After this period, returns and cancellations are no longer accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout and can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment processor.

Refund Denial Conditions

Refunds may be denied under the following circumstances:

  • Requesting a return after the 14-day period.

  • Failing to ship the product within the return label’s validity.

  • Returning used or damaged items.

  • Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.

  • Providing false or misleading information during the return process.
