Exchanges and Returns

At SAHRA, earning your trust is our highest priority. That’s why we have created a transparent Exchanges and Returns Policy that reflects our commitment to excellence.

REQUESTING A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR CANCELLATION

Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Customer service is available Monday to Friday, with responses provided within 72 business hours.

RETURN COST & PROCEDURE

  • All returns and exchanges have a fixed fee of €25 + variable shipping per order, regardless of the number of items or reason.

  • Please check if your order falls into one of the categories below before submitting your request.

  • If your request is approved, you will receive a return label by email. You must:

    • Print and attach the label to the package.

    • Drop it off at the postal service point indicated within 3 calendar days.
      Note: labels are valid for a limited time and cannot be reissued once expired.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

  • Products marked as “SALE” or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are the last units in stock.

  • Accessories, such as earrings, are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

  • Incorrect size or change-of-mind cases are not eligible for refunds; exchanges may be possible under the return conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained.

  • Be free of odors or alterations (hem, tailoring).

  • Include all original tags and labels.

Items that do not meet these conditions or fall into the “Restricted Items” category will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

EXCHANGES

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Subject to stock availability.

  • If unavailable, store credit will be issued via gift card.

  • Processing and delivery of exchanges may take up to 2 months, depending on region and payment method.

  • SAHRA reserves the right to refuse exchange requests for items within the “Restricted Items” category.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are only issued after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds may take up to 2 months to process, depending on shipping region and payment method.

Refunds will be denied if:

  • The request is made after 14 days.

  • The item is not shipped within the return label deadline.

  • Items are worn, damaged, or altered.

  • Purchases were made using Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • Abusive behavior or false information is identified.

  • The item falls under the “Restricted Items” category.
