What is the estimated delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, counted from the date your payment is confirmed. Delays may occur depending on customs procedures in your country.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, your delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method (Standard or Express).

What size should I order?

Each product page includes a Size Chart tab with detailed measurements in centimeters. If you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to reach out to us via email at support@sahramaison.com — our team will be happy to assist you.

Are the products shipped from within the EU?

Some pieces may ship from our central hub in Europe, while others are sent directly from our international suppliers (America, Europe, or Asia) to your address.
All shipments are sent via air mail with tracking.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking code will be available within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation and sent to your registered email.

My tracking code doesn't work. What should I do?

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated, especially for international shipments. If the code seems invalid, please wait a bit and check again.
You can always track it first through our own tracking page.

Will I have to pay customs duties or VAT?

Customs duties may apply depending on your country of residence.
If you are charged a fee upon delivery, we cover up to 50% of the customs fee.
You can either:

  • Pay the fee and send us the receipt for partial reimbursement, or

  • Contact our support before payment so we can process 50% of the fee directly.

Do you offer wholesale purchases?

Our pieces are exclusive and available in limited quantities. However, for larger orders, we may be able to offer special conditions. Please contact us for more information.

I placed my order with the wrong address. What now?

Please contact us as soon as possible:

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address at no cost.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we will need to wait for it to be returned to our logistics center. In this case, a re-shipping fee of €5.00 will apply.

My order arrived, but only one item was inside.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately.
It’s completely normal for them to arrive at different times.
